About

I was born in the small town of Oakville, a short distance from Toronto in
Ontario, Canada. Moving overseas, I went to school in England for my late
primary and teenage years.

When it was time for continuing my education, I returned to Canada and
studied Mechanical Engineering Drafting Techonology at Sheridan College.
I graduated with High Honours and was awarded the Prochem Award.

My first exposure to CAD systems was at Sheridan, but at that time
(approximately 29 years ago) it was a very slow system and more useful
for making small template drawings.

Over the years I have been a Senior Designer at an Agitator manufacturing
company, have implemented CAD systems at both an Engineering company
and Interior Design Firm. I have managed CAD teams and have been an
Architectural Technologist and Project Manager at an Office Furnishings and
Interior Design Firm. For several years I was a partner in an Interior Design
Firm and decided to branch out on my own in 2004.

On a personal note, I am lucky enough to have a fantastic wife, along with a
wonderful son and daughter and am happily living in the old Upper Canada
town of Newmarket.
